What is the
GOSPEL
God is the sovereign, holy creator of all the universe. God, the Father, sent His only Son, Jesus to the world to reconcile His creation (us) to Himself. Romans 11:33-36, Romans 5:8 & John 3:16
Jesus died on the cross & rose again- victorious over death, so that we would be reconciled to the Father. Jesus's perfect sacrifice paid the price for our sins. Jesus gives this as a free gift to all who choose Him. Romans 10:9-10
We all have sinned, and are in need of Jesus Christ's free gift of Salvation. We have all fallen short, and have the need of redemption through Jesus. God wants all to come to know Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. Romans 3:23, Ephesians 2:8-9, 2Peter 3:9
